Leg Locks
(you can also see points on the head, body, back and locks to the head, arms and wrists)
The following wrist locks make up the leg locks you may need to know - try and flow from leg lock to leg lock without them being able to escape! (This is by no means a complete list of leg locks)
This is given for information purposes - you should not try to put a wristlock on someone unless you know what you are doing - you could break their legs/ankles/knees/etc! Apply leg locks SLOWLY and release as soon as the person you are training with tap's to let you know its worked.

The pinned leg on the floor - push your toes into
the pressure point on the inside of their leg. The trapped leg - you should be
applying pressure on the back of their Achilles tendon and pushing down on their
knee cap.
2.

their Achilles tendons.
2. (Alternative)
Make sure heals are turned in and up towards
